Simply register on Fronius Solar.web to receive your free warranty extension. This gives you all the advantages of a full 10-year warranty: A 5-year Fronius Warranty Plus followed by a 5-year Fronius Warranty. The free warranty extension is available for all new Fronius inverters up to and including 12.5 kW that are commissioned after 09/01/2023.*

In addition to material costs, the Fronius Warranty Plus also covers servicing and transport costs in the event of a warranty claim.

Following a quick and free registration process at www.solarweb.com, owners of a Fronius product can select an attractive warranty model, depending on their region, that perfectly matches their individual requirements.

Fill in the required fields and follow the subsequent steps to complete account setup.
Already have an account? Log in to your Solar.web account
Open the “Product registration” menu item
Enter your serial number
Choose the commissioning date, your country and the relevant installer
Select the desired warranty model
The warranty certificate will then be available for download.

Accessing Your Warranty Certificate

To view your warranty certificate and find out when your warranty period ends, please follow these steps:

Log in to Fronius Solar.web with your login details.
Select the "Product registration" tab in the top right.
Find your inverter under “Registered Products”.
Click on the “Warranty Certificate” button to download your certificate as a PDF file.

Adjusting the Start of the Warranty Period

Our inverters come with a standard warranty period of 30 months, which starts when the devices are delivered from our factory. If this date differs significantly from the installation date, please contact your installer.
